Elle Rylee is a senior at the University of Texas at Austin, where she is pursuing a degree in Corporate Communication and preparing for a future in executive leadership, corporate communication, or brand strategy. A strong communicator with a passion for leadership and service, Elle has served as a Sozo Charities Ambassador, volunteered with Permian Basin Rehabilitation, and participated in three mission trips to Cuba. She also serves as Head of Sales Membership at Flex 24 Fitness and has maintained a 3.5 GPA throughout her college career.

At the heart of Elle’s service is her S.E.R.V.E. initiative, A Hopeful Heart, inspired by her young cousin Birdie and her family’s personal experiences with organ transplantation. Through the initiative, Elle is committed to honoring Birdie’s legacy by increasing awareness of organ and blood donation, encouraging donor registration, supporting blood drives, and developing partnerships that turn education into meaningful community action across Texas.

Elle believes leadership is most meaningful when it inspires others to serve. Through her year as a titleholder, she hopes to use her voice to educate, empower, and encourage Texans to make a difference in their communities while embodying the Miss Volunteer America values of scholarship, education, responsibility, volunteerism, and empowerment.
